At Designer Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
